About the conference
BCAS is organizing International conference on Multidisciplinary Research (iCMR) 2020 which is focusing on multidisciplinary research. The main Goals & Objectives of the ICMR are;
To promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge and advances for promoting multidisciplinary research among academics/researchers in Sri Lanka as well as in overseers to promote sustain development in Sri Lanka.
To facilitate a common forum by fostering dialogue and promote scientific exchange among different professionals/academics and researches in different fields in higher education and research institutes locally as well as internationally.
To facilitate and strengthen personal and professional contacts among these professionals/academics and researchers specialized in different areas.
To encourage regional and international communication amongst them.

There will be a key note speaker and a Chief Guest who deliver their speeches based on Multidisciplinary research focused on Winning formula during a pandemic.
It is expected to get contributions from international and local researchers and from other professionals for this conference and the extended abstracts will be published as proceedings as a soft copy and as a hard copy.
The conference will be held on 12th December 2020.

Abstracts are now accepted for formal presentations via internet. The abstract format and the submission instructions are given in the website.
Please refer the conference website for guidelines on preparation and submission of abstracts. All correspondence will be made by the principal author by email.
Abstracts for formal presentations
Abstract(s) should not be more than 500 words containing title, name of author(s), name of the institution(s), keywords (in the bottom of the page) typed in 12, Times New Roman , double space on A4 size (210 mm x 297 mm) in MS Word
As a new step in 2020 conference, we invite the international counterparts to participate in the iCMR2020, in-spite of the Covid 19 pandemic barrier. There will be a special session for the International researchers to contribute their research to this conference. When their abstract is accepted, they can send their presentation to the editor in chief (firstname.lastname@example.org), in the form of a video clip which will be presented to the participants in a special Video session. This Video session is specially introduced for those participants who are unable to visit Sri Lanka due to the present worldwide Covid 19 pandemic.
BCAS consider this as a "Winning Formula During a Pandemic".
Review and Selection process
The extended abstracts will be reviewed by panel of experts, and those selected will be published in conference proceedings.
Registration procedure and fees
The author/s have to register via the website to submit their papers online. The authors will be notified once their paper is accepted for presentation. Registration fee will entitle the copy of the symposium proceedings, Conference materials and refreshments during the symposium. Once the abstract is accepted for publication.
After the reviewer’s comments, author/s are requested to officially register for the conference by making their payments online according to the instructions given in the conference web page.
- Local participants without presenting a paper: Rs.1000.00
- Local participants presenting a paper: Rs. 1500.00
- Foreign participants/presenters: US$ 50
- Participants/presenters from SAARC countries: US$ 25
