The main Goals and Objectives of the iCMR – 2023:

To disseminate the scientific knowledge and advancement for promoting multidisciplinary research among academics/researchers in Sri Lanka as well as overseers to enhance the sustainable development of Sri Lanka.

To facilitate a common forum by fostering dialogue and to promote scientific exchange among different professionals/academics and researches in different fields from local as well as international higher education and research institutes.

To facilitate and strengthen personal and professional contacts amongst the counterparts specializing in different areas and make them interact.

To encourage regional and international collaboration, communication among the industry as well as the researchers.

Submission procedure

The abstract format and the submission instructions are given in the website. Please refer to the conference website for guidelines on preparation and submission of abstracts. All correspondence will be made by the principal author by email. The authors should mail the manuscripts based on their original research to the following mail ids simultaneously:

Submission type

Abstracts for formal presentations should not exceed 500 words.  It should contain title, name of author(s), affiliations of authors in at least Five keywords (at the bottom of the page), typed in   Times New Roman Font Size 12, double spaced on A4 size (210 mm x 297 mm) in MS Word.

 


Review and Selection process

The extended abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and acceptance will be notified to the respective corresponding author. The screened abstract by the editor will be subjected to the double blind peer review by the review panel of expert in the field of research.

Respective corresponding authors will be notified regarding any updates relevant to the conference. Selected extended abstracts will be published in conference proceedings.

Once the notification of the acceptance of abstracts have been received the author should resubmit the revised version of the abstract accommodating the reviewer’s comments or with the response to the reviews along with an extended abstract based on the author’s original work. It is mandatory to send blind copies of abstract and extended abstracts when sending for the initial reviewing purpose.

Editor in chief will share with the authors the comments received from the reviewers. It would be highly appreciated to indicate by highlighting the accommodation of the comments when submitting the revised version of the abstract.
With the final notification of acceptance of manuscript, authors are encouraged to submit the camera-ready copy of the extended abstract.

Registration procedure and fees

The author/s have to register via the website to submit their papers online. The authors will be notified once their paper is accepted for presentation. Registration fee will entitle the copy of the symposium proceedings, Conference materials and refreshments during the symposium. Once the abstract is accepted for publication, registration can be proceed.

Official Process

With the notification after accceptance of abstract, author/s are requested to officially register for the conference by making their payments online according to the instructions given in the conference web page.
